- Chaperone (double occupancy): $679
Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: $100 due by September 26, 2025 (cash or check, payable to Warhill High School; includes signed permission form)
- Installments:
- $200 due November 5, 2025
- $200 due January 12, 2026
- Remaining balance due February 9, 2026
Travel Details:
- Capacity: 135 students and 14 chaperones (additional students may join until full).
- Transportation: Two 55-passenger charter buses.
- Final cost and itinerary subject to change based on participation and logistics.
Refunds: Families affected by the change of dates will have refund options available.
